By accessing and using the Klov application ("we", "the platform" or "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
Klov provides management software designed for clinics, doctors and healthcare professionals. It includes functionality for appointment scheduling, Google Calendar synchronization, clinical history, inventory management and financial information such as commission reports and billing.
To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Klov allows synchronization with third party services like Google Calendar. To enable this sync, you authorize us to create, update and fetch events through the official Google API according to our privacy notice. Klov is not responsible for downtime or malfunctions caused by third parties.
As the platform allows the storage of health and personal information of your patients, you are the legal "Data Controller". You warrant that you have the consent of your patients to store such information in Klov. We agree to adopt reasonable security measures to protect that data, but assume no legal responsibility if the failure or vulnerability stems directly from poor credential management or compromised user terminals (clinic or professional).
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If so, we will provide notification of material changes before the new terms take effect.
